Rendang for MOM~

Thanks to Allah for everything especially for giving us a wonderful mom

May He help us in obeying our parents

On the last day of Ramadhan, my mother had assigned my brother and sister to cook rendang for ‘Eid, with the help from our Chef whom we called Aunt Nurul, they’ve managed to cook this meal without burning the kitchen (Huhu^^ sorry guys) We (me and the my other siblings)did have a great time watching and teasing all the cooks. Surprisingly,the rendang was delicious, well actually each of them cooked rendang using two different meats which are chicken meat and beef meat. These are some shots that we managed to snap~

1st step: mixing all the ingredients without using any oil

2nd step: Just mix them up

3rd step: There goes the meat with some amount of water

4th step: After a long wait, this is the result (made by my sister)

Just got the last picture uploaded (made by my brother who constantly running away from the kitchen, thanks to the Chef for monitoring the chicken if not I don’t think its edible)

How was your Ramadhan this year? Hopefully it was a wonderful month for all of you and me (I wished) For me, I can barely keep up with Ramadhan this year, I was left behind day by day, I missed every special things that only this month can offer and I’m very disappointed with my self. That’s why I hoped that your Ramadhan was not as bad as mine. O Allah, the Most Merciful and Forgiving, please let us meet the Next Ramadhan.

I really hope that all of us can meet the next Ramadhan, now I’m not really sure I can survive another 11 months with my little deeds from Ramadhan. Ramadhan is an educating month which prepares us to overcome the other 11 months ahead us, all the good deeds that we’ve done to search for Forgiveness from OUR LORD is actually a from of training for our selves. That’s why we cherished this month badly (at least I cherished it and I strongly believe that others too) May all of us meet the next Ramadhan~
